描述
To assess quality of sperm DNA by sperm chromatin dispersion technique using Halosperm G2 test kit from Spain.
Process
When sperm with complete DNA undergoes DNA denaturation process to remove protein from head of sperm, it forms a character called “Halo”. Small or absence of “Halo” is seen in sperm with high DNA fragmentation.
