Process
When sperm with complete DNA undergoes DNA denaturation process to remove protein from head of sperm, it forms a character called “Halo”. Small or absence of “Halo” is seen in sperm with high DNA fragmentation.

Advantages
The results of Sperm DNA fragmentation test will help select proper fertility treatment techniques, such as sperm preparation with sperm separation kits, MACs or IMSI, to increase the chances of success in fertility treatment.
