Hemodialysis Center

The Hemodialysis Center at Synphaet Ramintra Hospital provides top-notch dialysis services guided by an experienced team of nephrologists and specialist nurses. The center is equipped with advanced technologies to ensure effective and safe hemodialysis treatments, meeting standards set by the Nephrology Association of Thailand and the Medical Council of Thailand. 

The key technologies and standards within the Hemodialysis Center include: 

• High-efficiency hemodialysis technology (On-line Hemodiafiltration): This high-efficiency dialysis technology can remove all sizes of waste from the blood, improving overall patient quality of life, reducing fatigue, blood pressure drops during dialysis, joint and bone pain, loss of appetite, and skin dryness. It also helps in reducing the mortality rate from cardiovascular disease and the use of erythropoiesis-stimulating agents. 

• Double RO dialysis water system: The center uses a two-round water purification system to ensure the highest level of purity in the water used during dialysis. 

• Stainless steel tubes for water delivery: These tubes reduce adhesion of microorganisms, ensuring a more sterile environment. 

• Infection control and disinfection: The center maintains strict infection control protocols, including disinfection after every dialysis session for maximum patient safety. 

The center has 20 beds available for dialysis patients, each equipped with an adjustable electric bed, a personal TV with headphones, and a nurse call button. It serves patients with social security rights, civil servant rights, and those who are self-paying. The center also offers discounts on medical services and nursing service fees under specified conditions. 

Operating hours for the Hemodialysis Department at Synphaet Ramintra Hospital are daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional times on Tuesday and Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

The hospital's nephrology department includes the Kidney Stone Center and Prostate, the Kidney Center, and the High-Performance Hemodialysis Center (Online HDF).
