The clinic operates daily, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., to accommodate the needs of patients requiring hemodialysis. It is equipped with 8 hemodialysis machines to efficiently provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients simultaneously. Moreover, the clinic has established partnerships with both the Comptroller General's Department and the Social Security Office to participate in direct reimbursement for hemodialysis services. This enables the clinic to offer its services to patients covered by government rights in Bangkok and patients enrolled in the reimbursement project for hemodialysis with the Social Security Office.

The Kidney Disease Specialist Clinic (Hemodialysis) is located on the 4th floor of Nawamin Hospital. Patients can visit the clinic and avail of its services from Monday to Sunday, with operating hours from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Additionally, the clinic is prepared to provide hemodialysis services in cases of emergencies, ensuring that patients have access to the necessary care 24 hours a day.
