Geriatric Clinic

Additionally, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of physical abilities and mental faculties to identify any significant changes or signs of deterioration, such as communication problems and insomnia, that may be problematic for the elderly and their caregivers. 

At the heart of our geriatric care is a holistic approach, recognizing that aging affects multiple organ systems simultaneously. To provide the best care possible, we employ a multidisciplinary team approach, involving physician specialists from various fields and other healthcare professionals who collaborate to offer holistic geriatric care. We also prioritize patient convenience, ensuring that all services, from diagnostic examinations to therapy and pharmacy dispensing, are available in one place, taking into consideration the physical limitations and safety of our patients. 

Our Geriatric Clinic is built on four strategic cores: Prevent, Develop, Treat, and Restore, represented by the mnemonic "3Bs" - Brain, Body, and Bone. 

Brain: We focus on maintaining sharp memory, the ability for activities of daily living, physical capabilities, and mental faculties to delay brain degeneration. These factors have a direct impact on independent living. 

Body: Our comprehensive examinations, including blood tests, X-ray imaging, ultrasound, and bone densitometry, help detect underlying conditions such as heart disease, renal deterioration, and diabetes. This detailed and accurate information allows our doctors to design effective treatment plans to restore the health of the elderly. 

Bone: We prioritize examining and caring for bone and joint health, walking, and balance to prevent fall injuries and fractures that could lead to a bedridden state.
