Thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts, mark your calendars! Phu Kradueng National Park, one of Thailand's most cherished natural wonders, is set to reopen its gates to the public on October 1, following a four-month seasonal closure that commenced on June 1.

The annual closure of Phu Kradueng National Park during the wet season serves a vital purpose—to allow the natural environment to rejuvenate and minimize the risk of accidents. To ensure a seamless and safe visit, travelers are encouraged to register through the convenient QueQ application, which allows reservations up to 60 days in advance.

For those planning to spend a night within the park's enchanting boundaries, booking a bungalow or tent in advance is essential. Reservations can be made by calling 042-810834 or visiting the official park website at https://nps.dnp.go.th/reservation.php.

Standing proudly at an elevation of 1,315 meters above sea level, Phu Kradueng presents an exhilarating challenge for avid mountaineers. On weekdays, climbers can commence their ascent from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., while on weekends and public holidays, the trekking window extends from 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Covering an extensive area of 217,576 rai (34,800 hectares), this national treasure boasts a breathtaking sea of mist, a temperate climate, and a rich tapestry of flora and fauna. Phu Kradueng's awe-inspiring landscape includes towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls, lush meadows, and pristine virgin forests.

As the gates of Phu Kradueng National Park swing open once more, adventurers and nature lovers are invited to rediscover the beauty and grandeur of this remarkable natural wonder. Whether you seek challenging hikes, serene moments in the sea of mist, or encounters with Thailand's diverse wildlife, Phu Kradueng promises an unforgettable experience.

Prepare your gear and get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey into the heart of nature when Phu Kradueng reopens on October 1!
