On Friday, October 11, 2024, Dr. Maiyadhaj Samsen -- Chief Operating Officer and Executive Secretary of MedPark Hospital -- represented the hospital at the Bangkok Life Hospital Awards 2024 ceremony to receive the Sustainable Initiative Award from Mr. Chone Sophonpanichm, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited. The event took place at Le Concorde Ballroom, Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada.

The Sustainable Initiative Award at the Bangkok Life Hospital Awards 2024 underscores MedPark Hospital's dedication across three core dimensions: Environmental (E), Social and Community (S), and Organizational Governance (G). Through its projects and initiatives, MedPark Hospital has delivered substantial benefits to patients, the public, society, communities, and the environment. Examples of MedPark’s sustainability initiatives include

The Positive Pressure Building Design is an innovative air filtration and ventilation concept developed to improve indoor air quality, providing clean, high-quality air to all occupants. This design reduces health risks and significantly lowers infection rates, especially for patients with complex medical conditions.

The "Save Doctors, Save People, Save Thailand" initiative, launched in 2021, includes projects such as "Save Doctors' Heart" and "Save Doctors' Sleep Quality." This initiative aims to enhance the well-being and quality of life for physicians throughout Thailand. These programs help medical professionals in various specialties return to public service with renewed energy, enhancing their ability to deliver exceptional patient care.

The M-CHAI Group, MedPark Hospital's major shareholder, has consistently earned the SET ESG Ratings Sustainability Award since 2019. In 2023, the group achieved the highest AAA rating, solidifying its reputation as a listed company focused on sustained, strong performance. This recognition underscores the group's excellence in implementing sustainable business development strategies and concepts.

MedPark Hospital has been operational since October 2020. In its first four years, the hospital has received numerous quality awards and is set to enter its fifth year with resilience and stability. MedPark continues to uphold its commitment to patient health and good governance, remaining dedicated to providing the best possible healthcare.
